Where our advice is given in an advisory capacity, any formal recommendations we make will be issued to you in writing, setting out the reasons for our advice, although some discussions may take place over the telephone, fax or e-mail.

 

Where we act in a discretionary capacity, our Investment Management Team will have full authority at their own discretion, and without prior reference to you, to enter into transactions or agreements in relation to investments for which we are authorised.
