Head of Pensions Administration
Mark is the Head of Pensions Administration at PFP Benefit Solutions and manages the firm's operations. Mark is a member of the executive team responsible for the running and development of PFP Benefit Solutions.
He oversees the entire day to day running of the administration practice and its staff. He is constantly seeking new innovative and efficient ways of delivering the service and products to clients in line with Trustee and legislation requirements. Mark deals with all aspects of corporate employee benefits administration and systems and controls a specialist portfolio of clients who are in wind up.
During 2010, Mark created and established the PFP group master trusts. These allow any employer to provide pension provision and life assurance for their employees without the need for employers to set up costly arrangements. In addition, the PFP group master trusts remove the need for employers to be heavily involved with the running of their employee benefits program allowing organisations to focus on their core activities whilst PFP Benefit Solutions manage the schemes.
He has worked in the pensions industry since 1995 and has gained experience of all areas of pensions management while working in third party consultancy and in-house practices. Mark has been with the Company since 2004 and is a member of the Pensions Management Institute (MPMI).
